Celina D. Reynes is an Associate at Leone Alberts & Duus. Celina joined the firm in 2026.

Celina earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she received a CALI Award for the highest grade in her class in Research and Writing II, Remedies, and Public Health Law. While in law school, she interned at the ACLU of Northern California and the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office—experiences that shaped her commitment to vigorous advocacy on behalf of her clients. She holds a B.A. magna cum laude in English from Wellesley College, where she served as editor-in-chief of the literary journal, and an M.A. in Teaching from the University of San Francisco, where she received a Single Subject Teaching Credential in 2018.

Before entering the legal field, Celina taught 9th and 10th grade English in Oakland, California, and was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Madrid, Spain. She also previously served on the San Leandro City Council and as a member of San Leandro’s Community Advisory Budget Task Force.

Born in Hayward, California; admitted to the California Bar in 2025.
