Kate Morrow has practiced law in California for over 35 years. Ms. Morrow has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including assessing the merits of a case, developing and implementing a discovery plan, actively participating in law and motion proceedings, working with expert witnesses, participating in alternative dispute resolution and completing all aspects of preparing a case for trial. Ms. Morrow’s background includes real estate litigation, including representation of real estate brokers, agents and private parties in residential and commercial real estate disputes. Most recently, Kate was a senior attorney in an insurance defense firm handling catastrophic personal injury, construction defect and complex business matters from inception to trial. Ms. Morrow has received praise for her effective, efficient and strategic approach to the practice of law from clients, adjusters and many of the attorneys with whom she has worked.
Ms. Morrow, a Bay Area native, attended the University of California at Santa Barbara. Thereafter, she attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was a member and editor of the GGU Law Review. Ms. Morrow has a certification in mediation and conflict resolution from U.C. Berkeley Extension and volunteers as a settlement mentor with the Contra Costa Superior Court.
